Terms of Service

Last updated 23 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Yogaly (“Yogaly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of our mobile app and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Note: this is a general template provided for convenience. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tailored to your jurisdiction before launch.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. The Service

Yogaly provides a library of on-demand yoga sessions and AI-generated sessions built from your stated goals, level, and preferences. The Service is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@yogaly.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Health & safety disclaimer

Yogaly is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition. Practise within your limits and stop if you feel pain. You use the Service at your own risk. See also Train safely.

5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

  • Yogaly is free to use. New accounts also receive Premium, including AI-built sessions, free for the first seven days, at no charge.
  • After the first seven days, a paid subscription is required to continue using Premium features; you may keep using the free plan at no charge.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
  • Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; manage or cancel your subscription through your store account.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly perform Yogaly content without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Share your account in a way that exceeds personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual property & licence

The Service, including its content, software, and trademarks, is owned by Yogaly or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial practice.

8. AI-generated sessions

Sessions generated by our AI are produced automatically from the information you provide and a library of vetted poses. They are suggestions, not professional instruction, and may not be suitable for everyone. Use your judgement and the safety guidance above.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as app stores and hosting and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogaly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yogaly harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yogaly is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. We’ll flag material changes, and continuing to use Yogaly means you accept the current version.
