The guru assembles a flow from a library of instructor-vetted poses, ordering warm-up to wind-down and leaving out anything that doesn’t suit you. It offers gentler options where they help.
Tips for better sessions
- Be specific about time and intensity.
- Add your limitations once, so you don’t have to repeat them each time.
- Name the focus area — hips, shoulders, back, or balance.
