Limitations & safety

Tell Yogaly what to work around, and edit it any time.

Limitations tell Yogaly which poses to leave out, so your practice stays comfortable and safe.

Set your limitations

During onboarding, or any time from Profile → Health & limitations, add the areas you’d like to work around — sensitive knees, a tight lower back, tender wrists, and more.

How they’re used

Once set, Yogaly shapes every session around them — swapping poses that don’t suit you for gentler alternatives instead of simply dropping them.

Editing them

  • Update your limitations whenever something changes.
  • Changes apply to new sessions immediately.
  • Your health-related choices are private and never used for advertising.

Practise safely

Yogaly isn’t a medical service. If you’re pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition, check with a professional first. See Train safely for more.
