Set your limitations
During onboarding, or any time from Profile → Health & limitations, add the areas you’d like to work around — sensitive knees, a tight lower back, tender wrists, and more.
How they’re used
Once set, Yogaly shapes every session around them — swapping poses that don’t suit you for gentler alternatives instead of simply dropping them.
Editing them
- Update your limitations whenever something changes.
- Changes apply to new sessions immediately.
- Your health-related choices are private and never used for advertising.
